Terms and conditions
To register for the Conference, complete and send the electronic registration form and proceed with the payment online. Once payment has been received, the Conference Secretariat will confirm the registration in writing.

Students, academic and administrative staff of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya do not pay the registration fee. They have to fill in the special registration form "Members UPC".
(*) The Secretariat will confirm members from the official list.
Registration includes accreditation, attendance to sessions, conference documentation, coffees and lunches.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
- For cancellations received before 15 September 2010, the full registration fee will be refunded, with a 10% deduction for administrative expenses
- From 16 September to 1 November 2010, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- From 2 November 2010, no refunds will be made.
If the Conference is cancelled by the organisation, only the registration fees will be refunded.
